We are so excited to bring you our new book, “Rise Up Military Moms: A Journal for Living Life with Strength and Purpose.” Elaine Brye and I wrote this journal book to help you find strength and resilience whether you are sending your child off to a deployment, basic training or boot camp.
As military moms, we all know how those stressful and emotional moments can get overbearing at times. During my son’s first deployment, my fears was overwhelming. I decided to spend that time working on me and learning how to get a better handle on this journey as an Army Mom.
Elaine Brye is the mother of four military officers and has had her share of deployments and worry. She also went through a process to build up her strength and become more FEAR-less on this military mom journey.
I often wished I had a guide to get me through those tough times. That’s what Rise Up Military Moms is all about.
“Rise Up Military Moms” is the results of the steps we both took to gain strength and resilience during impossible times. Over 6 months of weekly guided journaling, Rise Up focuses on the six areas that helped us the most:
- Release
- Research
- Reclaim
- Renew
- Recreate
- Represent
With positive insights to help inspire and uplift you, each week features ways that you can take action to awaken your strength, energize your spirit and face your fears.
Rise Up Military Moms is not so much a reading book. It’s a “take action” journal to help you move forward when your child signs up to the greatest military in the world or is being deployed.
Remember that you are the BRAVE one who raised a warrior.
